Late Night Confessions

I confess, I have given into the roach coach hype. Yep, right in southern cali you can find any kinda roach coach; tacos, ice cream, gourmet food, health food, pizza, grilled cheese & Korean bbq. The list goes on and on. I have been wanting to check out this one spot for a while.

And so tonight its the Kogibbq truck: a fusion of Korean bbq and Mexican food. Spicy pork tacos, kimchi burritos, and so on. They have 5 or 6 trucks all across southern cali and you can locate where there are any time of day through their website. But even more popular is to follow them on twitter where they post live up-to-the-minute locations.

Tonight we did it. 1030pm...Threw the kids in the car and came out for the tofu tacos (its Lent-no meat, no sweets) And man! This is fun. The line is long! Fads are so funny. Tomorrow our adventure is going to be the grilled cheese truck! Watch out.
