We opened a joint account. I'm still feeling a little la la about it. One I was certain I couldn't get a checking account. Been without one for 5 years (one of those I quit/you're fired moments). And secondly, as usual, my husband and his "let's just give it a try" attitude strikes again.
And honestly we have one more thing that's ours. And all I can do is smile at that.
And p.s. ... nothing like a good dose of empowerment to make you skip. You'd think I was 18 again getting my first credit card (:
