When we suffer inside, i imagine that when we look to others painful experiences we experience a sense of relief, understanding, and hope. If you need encouragement like I needed today, trust me, you are not alone despite what you feel. We all want better. Sometimes we know it outright and sometimes it is deep in our soul outweighed by this world and its trials.

Challenge yourself even if you don't have the motivation.
