Edumacation

I have to say that going back to school really saved my life. I am thankful to God for moving me in this direction because literally i was breaking down and giving up. But i really appreciate being here and studying more than I ever could have at 19 or 20. Oh this is so one of those "make sure i impart this wisdom on my children" kinda moments. Because I sure would hate for her or the babies to miss out and have to wait so long like I did.

So i applied for my first scholarship too...totally crazy. I was so giddy about it too. I have never applied for one. Its 1500 and to me that will come in very handy. Its just another step in the process. My heart was racing and I quadruple checked it. I just had to make sure it was on point. I found out that I made all A's last semester too. Deans List even. I mean, you wanna talk about This is the Day That the Lord Has Made! I am floating around campus [humbly of course] just incredibly thankful and proud and glad.

Proverbs 3:5
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding."

  1. So proud of you Veronica! Going to school is HUGE and so much harder when we're older. Our level of appreciation is way higher. I'll say it again, I'm so proud of you. :)
