Late Night Confessions

We went from catering in a Chevy cavalier to our newest car...a Chevy tahoe. Truly a story for the grandkids. But today we are on day 1 of moving. And driving in the truck is such a different experience than the small car we've come from.

The truck is packed to the ceiling and the kids are all in the back seat and its actually a little emotional. The drive is about 30 minutes. Nothing to us because we drive so much anyway. Its a beautiful clear day so it makes for a great drive. Feels so much like an adventure. A drive to a new start, a new life. It just feels like we should be going on a summer vacation and it feels good to be all together.

Its only day one and there is so much more to move but it is exciting and a little scary all at the same time. But God knows what he's doing and I am thankful for that.
